- Applications for Wage Garnishment
- Partial Agreements - made into Orders of the Court (oral agreements or private written agreements without the approval/signature of the Judge, hold little to NO weight in the event of a future disagreement). **Never rely on a private agreement with the other party. Example: If there is a private agreement (even if in writing and signed) to reduce child support, but not filed and approved by the court, and several years later, there is a disagreement, the last COURT order will prevail, not your written agreement, and you will owe the difference for those years you THOUGHT you had a valid agreement.

Examples of our upfront and fair pricing:
- INITIAL DOCUMENTS: Summons, Petition, Declaration Re: Related Cases, Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction, Proof of Service of Summons, and filing of the documents with the court (but not including the Court’s Filing Fees). Rate for all necessary documents prepared: $250 ($290 with minor child)
- FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS (required before any settlement or trial) Detailed Financial Disclosures (4 forms) $350
- SETTLEMENT/JUDGMENT: Marital Settlement Agreement AND ALL the associated necessary forms: $700 (+ $100 with children / + $100 with significant division of assets and debts). If needed, QDRO not included
- ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Divorces in which both parties are in agreement on all issues can be handled from start to finish for all non-contested divorce paperwork: $1,400 (or $1,600 with children and/or significant assets*); you will never have to appear in court, and all paperwork will be prepared for you, including filing all the forms, multiple copies, and envelopes/postage required. This also includes up to 1 hour of legal advice (a $280 value). *If any Retirement account(s) need to be divided by separate court orders (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders), they are not included.
